The past few years have taught us the importance of family, friends and taking time to enjoy life. The Rocking W Ranch is a place to remember and celebrate those who are no longer with us and a place for us all to create new memories together.
The Rocking W is quickly becoming a working ranch with longhorns, Nigerian dwarf goats and honey bees!
Our first longhorn. She’s a very sweet, gentle girl and she was a 2 for 1 because she arrived pregnant! Her baby is "Chewy", our steer.
She thinks she’s the queen. It must be the fiery coat that gives her some extra longhorn spice!
She likes to moan — a lot! Stay clear of her horns, and maybe a few feet back too. Her protective nature will make her a great mama some day.
Within 24 hours at the Ranch, she was jumping and crashing through fences. She has quite a bit of spunk in her, so we hope she can contain her excitement. Her new baby bull is named "Earl".
